Welcome to the EIC
The European Investment Counsel (EIC) is a non-profit organisation. The EIC provides its members and the business community with a comprehensive range of tailor-made matchmaking opportunities. It promotes economic, commercial and scientific contacts between governmental and non-governmental organisations and companies.
With its offices in Rotterdam and China and its contacts in Brussels the EIC is in a unique position to arrange contacts between interested parties resulting in mutually beneficial match making. It assists companies in the investment process, in finding potential partners, in organising business promotion, seminars, meetings with senior government officials, and their participation in investment missions and trade fairs.
Examples of recent activities are the promotion of contacts between CIFIT and the government of Latvia and the ports of Amsterdam, Barcelona and Zeebrugge.
CIFIT 2010:
The EIC is organizing a visit to the 14th China international Fair for Investment and Trade (CIFIT). During 8-11 September the CIFIT is held in Xiamen (China) and has grown to the largest Chinese promotion fair for investment. All Chinese provinces, autonomic regions and cities are present with their booth and most of them are accompanied by their governor. Many sectors of industry are widely represented at the CIFIT.
